AplusLCD is a Shenzhen-based OEM/ODM manufacturer of stretched bar LCD displays. Our standard models include the 23.1" (16:1.3, 1920×158, 700 nits) and 48.0" (32:6, 3840×720, 1000 nits). Brightness ranges from 300 to 1500 nits — customizable for indoor or semi-outdoor environments. We use genuine brand-new A-grade panels from AUO, BOE, LG, and Samsung — never refurbished. Precision-cut glass with sealed edges prevents moisture ingress and ensures long-term reliability. Optional PCAP/IR multi-touch integration, custom enclosures, and Android/Windows OS are available. Can you customize dimensions, bezels, and brightness?

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM customization. You can specify custom dimensions from 8.8" to 86", custom brightness from 300 to 1500 nits, custom bezel colors and materials (aluminum or plastic), and even custom aspect ratios. Our engineering team will work with you from prototype to mass production.

Can this display be used outdoors?

Our standard stretched LCDs are designed for indoor and semi-outdoor use (covered areas like transit stations). The 1000-nit high-brightness version works well in bright indoor environments. For full outdoor installations with direct sunlight, we recommend our high-brightness or sunlight-readable display series with up to 2500 nits.

Does it support touch?

Yes. PCAP (Projected Capacitive) multi-touch and IR (Infrared) touch are both available as options. PCAP offers a sleek glass surface ideal for retail and interactive kiosks. IR touch is more cost-effective for larger screens. Touch is fully integrated during production — not an aftermarket add-on.

How do you pack stretched displays? Is shipping safe?

Stretched displays have a fragile long-and-narrow form factor, so packaging is critical. We use custom-cut high-density foam inserts inside reinforced double-wall cartons. Each display is individually packed with edge protectors and humidity indicators. For bulk orders, we use export-grade plywood crates. We've shipped 200K+ units globally with a damage rate below 0.1%. All shipments are insured.

How do I manage content on stretched displays?

You have several options: (1) USB auto-play — load content on a USB drive and the display plays automatically; (2) Built-in Android OS with CMS support — schedule and update content remotely via network; (3) External media player via HDMI input. We recommend the Android + CMS solution for multi-screen deployments. Our team provides setup guidance.
